1. Deposit & Refund Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $50–$200 is required to book any tattoo appointment.

Deposits are applied toward the final cost of the tattoo.

If you reschedule with at least 48 hours notice, your deposit will be transferred to the new date.

Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or arriving more than 30 minutes late without notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.

A new deposit is required to book again.

2. No-Show & Late Policy

Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the deposit will be forfeited.

No-shows will lose their deposit and must pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to rebook future appointments.

Frequent cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

3. Photography & Media Release

By receiving a tattoo at No Fear Nation Ink, you consent to photos and/or videos of your tattoo being taken for our portfolio, social media, and marketing.

If you do not want your tattoo photographed, inform the artist before the session begins.

Photos will focus on the tattoo and tattooing process — we respect your privacy.

4. Payment Policy

All prices are plus tax (if applicable by Kentucky law).

Final price depends on size, placement, detail, and color vs. black & gray.

We accept cash and (if you want) credit/debit cards.

Tips are never expected but always appreciated.

5. Health & Safety Policy

We will refuse service if you appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

You must present a valid government-issued ID for age verification.

We follow strict sterilization procedures in compliance with Kentucky Health Department regulations.

Only the client (and a parent/guardian for minors, if legally allowed) may be in the work area during tattooing.

6. Touch-Up Policy

Free touch-ups within 90 days for normal wear.

After 90 days, touch-ups start at $50.

Touch-ups do not cover changes to the original design or neglect during healing.
